Danielle’s love for fitness started at a very young age-growing up playing many sports, and later continuing on to run for a D1 college. It was there she got an Exercise Science degree and NASM certified. Danielle later became certified in the Lagree Method as well as a AFPA Prenatal and Postpartum Specialist. She has now been coaching as a personal and group trainer for nearly a decade. It is her passion to not only challenge clients with a good workout, but to bring big energy to each session in order for clients to push their limits, creating a stronger body and mind!
When she is not in the gym or studio, you will find her seeking any opportunity to get active outside. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with her husband, daughter & pup.
