In our Vinyasa Yoga class, our instructor will lead you through a continuous sequence of poses that are linked together with careful attention to the breath. Vinyasa is a strong practice that builds, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus.



Mats will be available to borrow or you are welcome to bring your own mat and/or yoga blocks.
